The Bromley View project involved transforming a tired-looking weatherboard home into a fresh, modern property that significantly enhanced its street presence. We commenced with comprehensive preparation, including high-pressure water-blasting to remove all loose material, hand-scraping and sanding problem areas, treating all exposed timber with preservative, and filling numerous cracks and gaps that had developed over time. Our paint system selection focused on durability, using Resene Sonyx 101 for its excellent weathering properties and colour retention. The application included thorough primer coverage on all prepared areas, followed by two full coats of topcoat in a striking modern colour scheme that completely transformed the home's appearance.
